Free 30 Minute Consultations
To assist customers in finding the best solutions for their unique needs, we proudly offer free 30 minute consultations to all customers! These free consultations are required in order to schedule any service that involves travel, but otherwise completely optional!
Remote Support
- $20 (USD) per appointment
- Scheduled in 30 minute slots
- Available by phone or Zoom
- Screen sharing available and encouraged!
- Best for almost any non-physical tech issue. Get fast expert-guided solutions from the comfort of your home!
In-Person Support
- $40 (USD) + travel fee
- Scheduled in 30 minute slots
- You select the location at which we meet to render support
- Perfect for issues that need hands-on help in the home like installations or systems that are immobile.
Drop-Off

- $20 (USD) per device dropped off at OUR preferred location: [25 Hwy 610 W, Virgie, KY 41572]
- NO TRAVEL FEES APPLY
- Includes basic diagnostics and troubleshooting with 2 day turnaround time if advanced troubleshooting or repairs are determined to not be necessary**
- Return of devices available by scheduled drop-off or pickup
Pick-Up

- $20 (USD) per device picked up + travel fee
- You select the location at which we meet to pick-up your device(s)
- Includes basic diagnostics and troubleshooting with 2 day turnaround time if advanced troubleshooting or repairs are determined to not be necessary
- Return of devices available by scheduled drop-off or pickup
- Free Consultation required for final pricing and scheduling
Requote
- Requotes are determined after a Drop-Off or Pick-Up, if additional issues are discovered or if advanced troubleshooting or repairs are necessary to resolve an issue
- If approved, billed at $40/hour to completion per pre-agreed terms
- If declined, device will need to be returned without continuing with further services
- Repair parts billed separately, and turnaround time varies by case

Travel Rates
All travel rates are billed based on their distance from our central drop-off location: [25 Hwy 610 W, Virgie, KY 41572]. Travel is billed for the round trip (so to and from the destination) at $0.50/mile travelled + 40/hour spent traveling (assuming speed limits are maintained and perfect traffic). We charge this way to account for the opportunity cost of spending time on the road not being able to serve other customers while driving, as well as breaking even on gas costs and vehicular wear and tear. If flight(s) are needed, we replace the cost of 0.50/mile with the price of the plane ticket(s).
